1. Reflection Period
At Sim Race Webshop B.V., we offer a 30-day reflection period after receiving your order. During this time, you may return your purchase without providing any reason.
During the reflection period, you must handle the product and its packaging with care. You may only use or inspect the product to the extent necessary to determine whether you wish to keep it.
2. Registering Your Return
You can register your return via your customer account on our website or by using the model withdrawal form (see below). The completed form can be emailed to: info@simracewebshop.com.
After registering your return, you will receive return instructions from us. You will then have another 14 days to return the product.

4. Return Conditions

The product must be returned, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging.

Include all supplied accessories, manuals, and components with your return.

Returns without prior notification by email or customer account registration cannot be processed.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
Note: If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all accessories and, if reasonably possible, in the original condition and packaging. If the product or packaging is more damaged than necessary to verify the product, we may charge you for this reduction in value. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packed when returning it.
To exercise this right, please contact us via info@simracewebshop.com. We will refund the order amount within 14 days after notification of your return, provided the product has been received in good condition.
5. Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned:

Products made to the consumer’s specifications.

Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g., clothing or headsets, if the seal has been broken).

Software with a broken seal.
6. Warranty
Sim Race Webshop sells a lot — what we don’t sell is “no”. And we certainly don’t sell faulty products. If your product unexpectedly turns out to be defective, we’ll make sure it’s resolved. We always follow the law.
What does this mean?
Legal warranty means that a product must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it. The manufacturer’s warranty and any additional warranty provided by Sim Race Webshop do not affect your statutory rights.
If you are unsure whether your product’s defect is covered by warranty, please contact us — we’ll assist you right away.
At Sim Race Webshop, a standard 2-year warranty applies to all our products. Some manufacturers offer extended warranties of 3 to 5 years on certain items. The exact warranty period can be found on the product page under product specifications.
If your product is defective and you wish to report it, click the “Report defect” button on our website or contact us via the contact form.
7. Defective, Return, or Exchange
Are you not completely satisfied with your purchase, or is your item defective? We’re sorry to hear that and are happy to help you find a solution — a promise is a promise.
7.1 Defective Product
Has your item become defective? We’ll resolve it for you. You can choose between handling via the manufacturer or directly through us.
If you are still within the warranty period and the defect occurred through no fault of your own, please contact us via the contact form.
Note: A defective product must be returned to us in its entirety, including all parts. If the product is incomplete, the manufacturer’s warranty may expire.
7.2 Product Not to Your Liking
We understand that when ordering online, you may want to test a product to see if it suits your needs. That’s no problem — you have a 30-day reflection period to decide.
After registering your return, you’ll have another 14 days to return the product.

8. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll send you a confirmation.
We’ll refund the purchase amount within 14 days after registering your return, provided the product has been received in good condition.
The original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
If you paid with a gift card, the amount will be credited back to your webshop account as store credit.

10. Complaints and Disputes
It can always happen that something doesn’t go as planned. We recommend that you first notify us of any complaints by emailing info@simracewebshop.com.
If this does not lead to a resolution, you can submit the dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur at https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil.
From 15 February 2016, it is also possible for consumers within the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
